From the moment I stepped into Casualty on Monday 31/10 as a stranger and met Dr. Sneha there till my discharge on Monday 7/11 it was warm and courteous treatment all the way. All tensions and stress vanished with the warm smile, pep talk and general conversation with Dr. Roy Patankar including moments before the surgery and the way I was wheeled in and out of the OT. Have to mention Drs. Vishakha, Sanath, Pallavi and the team who were there when needed to explain and assess issues before and after the operation.
